The sole purpose of whitherweather.org is to collect anonymous text-based weather reports.

There is no clear intention around where or how any reports submitted to the site may (or may not) be published or otherwise used in the future.

License

If you choose to submit a weather report to whitherweather.org, you agree to report being licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.

Work submitted anonymously will be attributed as such in any future use of the work. Because whitherweather.org doesn't collect any identifying information by default, you must include any desired attribution within the text of the weather report.

Privacy

This site does not track users in any way.

This site does not collect any personal information beyond what you submit as part of any weather report you make. Information in a weather report includes:

• Text you submit
• The date and time the submission is made
• Your location as derived from your browser's geolocation system
• Your location as described by you.

Any information you submit will be stored and may be used in accordance with the license described above.
